Welcome
Hi everyone
Spring has arrived with an abundance of pink and white blossom and warming weather. After a great winter it seems a surprise that we are here already.
I have found the real estate market steady through-out winter with well-presented and carefully priced houses continuing to sell with happy vendors. The upcoming election has created some uncertainty in the market however trends show that the market normally springs back soon after.
In this newsletter we look at the election effects on the housing market, introduce some new easy-care properties and consider whether a property is up for the long haul.
At SNR Real Estate we continue to focus on easy care houses for the 50+ market. We would love to hear from you if you are considering buying or selling one.
Warm regards
Vanessa

Is your home ready for the long haul?
For many people, staying in their own home for as long as possible is the preferred option. Moving into a retirement village is not necessarily the next step once you reach a certain age. More people are thinking about how they can adapt their existing home so they can continue living independently, safely and comfortably
